Happiness, in spite of it all. Because really, if it rains, it rains. But what you can help is how you experience it. And Vivian and Adrian did it it like no others. You wouldn’t even know it rained, when you look at the happiness trough this wedding.
Here are sum photos of Vivian’s getting ready process and my job was to make sure that the hair and makeup will hold up for the weather and still look natural and effortless. Photos courtesy of family friend Misha Book. www.michabook.com
There is no reason to agonize over what you’re going to do about, or how you’re going to cope with, the rain. Vivian & Adrian did not let the rain damped their spirits. They even shred the dance under an umbrella together. Their special day was filled with heartfelt touches that displayed just what a sweet couple they are.
Here is a word of wisdom from Casa Salon:”Dear Brides. Trust your vendors: You hired professionals who are familiar with your venue, their craft, and the local weather. Trust them to do what they’re good at.” Remember, this is *your* day and not only will your guests do what you want, but so will your vendors. Relax, and trust them. You hair and makeup artist will insure that your hair will stay in place and makeup is weather proof. Your photographer will do what needs to be done to get the shots you wanted. Your florist will get everything set-up, whether it’s indoors or outdoors. Your officiant can hold an umbrella throughout the ceremony, and depending on your music selection, your DJ or live music will make it work. No one, I mean NO ONE, will forget watching two people declare their love in the rain. Which means that your wedding will, quite literally, be unforgettable.
